• The item must be in its original packaging.
• You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Period

Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
